Tripadvisor: In-Destination App
Curated app experience for in-destination travellers landing on Tripadvisor’s "Things to Do” page. Project involved curating a selection of tour and activity shelves that highlighted “essential” and “unique” ways to experience a destination. Led project from concept to implementation, which included establishing curation guidelines; commissioning destination experts to curate concepts and contents for shelves; and personally curating multiple destinations. Test revealed an 86% increase in engagement and a 3% increase in revenue per unique visitor, when comparing the curated experience to the non-curated experience.
